Unauthenticated file deletion via unchecked removal path

Path traversal in Cube-Root Directory Serve 1.3.7 and earlier allows remote attackers to delete files outside the served directory. The fileRemove middleware concatenates its path and file inputs and passes the result to fs.remove without validating that the resolved target remains beneath the served root. Network reachability is sufficient when deletion is enabled with --delete and HTTP authentication is not configured, and deletion is limited to files writable by the server process.
