Unauthenticated audit-trail forgery via trusted caller metadata
Published Aug 11, 2026 · Updated Aug 11, 2026
Audit-trail integrity failure in OpenSign through 2.37.0 allows unauthenticated remote attackers to forge document history. The triggerevent Parse cloud function trusts caller-supplied viewer identity and IP address instead of deriving them from an authenticated session. Any network client that can reach the function can fabricate entries for a signed document, undermining the audit trail's non-repudiation.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
