Unauthenticated billing access via unchecked GraphQL mutation
Published Aug 11, 2026 · Updated Aug 11, 2026
Missing authentication in Chaskiq through commit 46dfdd1 allows remote attackers to create Stripe portal sessions for any tenant. The stripeCustomerPortal GraphQL mutation calls Stripe's portal-session creation API before authenticating the caller or verifying tenant authorization. Network access to the GraphQL endpoint is sufficient to expose and modify the selected tenant's subscription and billing data without credentials.
