CVE-2026-72530Known exploitationNetwork attack vector

Host code execution via sandbox escape

Published Aug 19, 2026 · Updated Aug 21, 2026

Code injection in TrueConf Server before 5.3.9, 5.4.9, and 5.5.5 allows attackers to execute host OS code via crafted scripts. TrueConf states that improper management of code generation in the isolated execution environment lets script code escape sandbox restrictions and run commands on the underlying operating system. Exposure requires network access to port 4307/TCP and, per the vendor, code execution inside that isolated environment, so the flaw is especially dangerous when chained with another script-execution path.
