Kernel-memory disclosure via uninitialized dpi copy

Use of an uninitialized variable in the Linux kernel bnxt_re driver allows local users to read stale kernel-stack data. In drivers/infiniband/hw/bnxt_re/uapi.c, the ucontext allocation path initializes dpi only for BNXT_RE_ALLOC_WC_PAGE but copies it into every userspace response. Access requires the bnxt_re RDMA userspace interface on supported Broadcom NetXtreme-E RoCE hardware, and the disclosed value is limited to stale kernel-stack data.
