Local kernel memory corruption via descriptor counter underflow

Use-after-free in the Linux kernel GPIB driver allows local users to corrupt kernel memory by racing command and close ioctls. The command_ioctl() error path decrements descriptor_busy before breaking, then the common exit decrements it again and underflows the descriptor pin count. Any local user able to access an online /dev/gpibN device can race a failing command ioctl against close_dev_ioctl(), freeing an in-use kernel object and causing memory corruption or a kernel crash.
