Invalid kernel memory access via channel lookup

Out-of-bounds access in the Xilinx AMS ADC driver allows local users to trigger invalid kernel memory access during event handling. ams_event_to_channel() walks dev->channels for a matching scan_index but previously returned a pointer past the array when no match existed, and ams_handle_event() then dereferenced it. Reachability requires a Xilinx AMS device event with an unmatched scan index; the published record establishes invalid memory access but not a deterministic crash or data effect.
