Continued filesystem operations via inconsistent inode reuse

Improper inode-state handling in Linux 6.17 through 7.1.4 allows attackers to continue operations on an inconsistent NTFS inode. The ntfs3 rename failure path issues WARN_ON but does not mark the live inode bad, leaving later code able to operate on inconsistent state. Triggering the condition requires a failed rename on an NTFS3-mounted filesystem; Linux has not specified the resulting consequence beyond continued inode operations.
