Kernel crash via uninitialized NTFS3 cluster value

Uninitialized-value use in Linux 7.0 allows local users to crash the kernel by seeking data or holes in an NTFS3 file. When the target VCN is absent from runs[0], attr_data_get_block_locked() returns before initializing lcn, yet ni_seek_data_or_hole() checks that value. Reaching the faulty path requires access to a mounted NTFS3 filesystem; the observed KMSAN failure and SUSE assessment bound the impact to service interruption.
