Access-control bypass via unlocked peer-path lookup

Race condition in Linux 6.17 AppArmor UNIX-socket mediation allows local users to trigger incorrect peer-path access decisions. The mediation code retains peer_sk but reads its socket path after releasing the state lock, allowing unix_release_sock() to race with that lookup. Exploitation requires local low-privileged access, concurrent socket teardown, and an AppArmor policy that mediates peer paths; published assessments bound the consequences from service interruption through confidentiality and integrity compromise.
