Service interruption via headerless-device Ethernet address read

Uninitialized-memory read in the Linux kernel flow dissector allows local users to interrupt service through traffic on an L3 TUN device. __skb_flow_dissect() copies 12 bytes from eth_hdr() without first confirming that mac_header is set and the device carries Ethernet frames. Reachability requires an L3 TUN device, an eth_src flower filter on a multiq qdisc, and an AF_PACKET sender; the resulting uninitialized key can disrupt packet classification.
