System crash via stale MIDI URB completion

Use-after-free in the Linux kernel ALSA USB-audio MIDI 2.0 driver allows local users to crash the system via a malicious USB device. On a later setup failure, snd_usb_midi_v2_free() releases endpoint storage and coherent URB buffers before stopping submitted input URBs, so input_urb_complete() dereferences stale endpoint state and can requeue an owned URB. Reachability requires local control of a USB MIDI 2.0 device and the failing create path; the demonstrated consequence is a KASAN-detected kernel use-after-free that can crash the host.
