Local system crash via stale allocinfo iterator

Use-after-free in /proc/allocinfo in Linux 6.17 allows local users to crash the system during concurrent kernel-module unload. allocinfo_start() reuses cached iterator state after allocinfo_stop() releases mod_lock, so allocinfo_show() dereferences pointers in freed module .rodata. Reachability requires a multi-batch read to overlap a privileged module unload; the stale dereference can crash the kernel but has no reported data-modification or code-execution impact.
