Kernel crash via IPv6 IOAM type confusion

Type confusion in Linux 6.16 IPv6 IOAM allows local users to crash the kernel through an invalid pointer access. rt6_get_cookie() treats ioam6_lwt.null_dst, embedded only as dst_entry, as a full rt6_info and reads aliased fields from the wrong object. Reachability requires IPv6 IOAM lightweight-tunnel state and reset_ts becoming zero; the resulting per-CPU dereference can crash the host.
