Local system crash via probe-time IRQ race

NULL pointer dereference in the Linux msc313 RTC driver from 5.16 allows local users to crash the system during device probing. The shared IRQ handler calls dev_get_drvdata() before platform_set_drvdata() has stored the private data, then dereferences the NULL priv->rtc_base pointer. Triggering requires another device on the shared IRQ line to fire during the narrow probe-time initialization window; the bounded consequence is a kernel crash.
