Kernel division by zero via truncated PTP period

Division by zero in the Linux SJA1105 DSA driver allows local users to invoke future_base_time via a tiny PTP perout period. The driver converts the requested period to hardware ticks without rounding, so sub-tick values become zero and are passed as cycle_time. Reachability requires local access to the PTP character device and an SJA1105 switch exposing a configurable periodic-output pin; the bounded consequence is a kernel division by zero.
