Network outage via unrecovered per-CPU interrupt mask

Denial of service in the Linux mvneta driver allows attackers to cause complete loss of network connectivity after system resume. A suspend that cancels pending NAPI polling bypasses its completion path, leaving the Marvell MPIC per-CPU interrupt masked when mvneta restarts. Reachability requires Armada 370, XP, or 38x hardware and suspend during pending polling; the NIC then generates interrupts that the CPU never receives.
