Host compromise via unchecked Geneve GRO hint

Out-of-bounds access in the Geneve GRO path in Linux 7.0 allows remote attackers to crash hosts via crafted tunnel packets. geneve_gro_complete() accepts an attacker-controlled GRO hint that geneve_gro_receive() ignored, inflates the header offset, and dispatches an inner completion handler beyond validated packet data. The packet must reach a UDP Geneve tunnel without IFLA_GENEVE_GRO_HINT enabled; the mismatch permits kernel memory disclosure or modification and a kernel panic or hang.
