Kernel crash via premature TIPC cache destruction

Use-after-free in the TIPC UDP media bearer in Linux 5.3 through 7.1.4 allows local users to crash the kernel during bearer teardown. The cleanup_bearer() path destroys replicast destination caches before synchronize_net() drains RCU-protected transmitters, then frees the bearer while a receiver can still start. Concurrent TIPC UDP traffic during bearer removal is required; the resulting stale cache or bearer access can crash the host or corrupt kernel memory.
