Kernel crash via unchecked XDP fragment count

Out-of-bounds access in the Linux kernel ENETC XDP path allows remote attackers to corrupt memory through crafted network packets. The transmit path sizes xdp_redirect_arr for ENETC_MAX_SKB_FRAGS entries but indexes it using an xdp_frame fragment count that can meet or exceed that bound. The ENETC driver and XDP redirect processing must be in use; the resulting memory corruption can crash the kernel or enable code execution.
