Kernel stack overread via unterminated model string

An out-of-bounds read in the adm1275 hwmon driver in Linux allows local users to trigger an uninitialized kernel stack read. The probe path stores an SMBus model response without NUL termination, then strncasecmp reads it using the longer known-model length instead of the returned byte count. Reachability requires a bound adm1275-family controller or emulated I2C endpoint that supplies a shorter model string; no direct disclosure path is established.
