Kernel panic via zero tachometer divisor

Divide-by-zero in the Linux kernel's ASPEED G6 hwmon driver allows local users to trigger a kernel panic through a zero tachometer reading. The aspeed_tach_val_to_rpm function multiplies the unvalidated tachometer value into tach_div and passes zero to do_div as the divisor. Reaching the fault requires the ASPEED G6 PWM tachometer driver and a zero hardware reading from an extremely fast pulse, stuck edge, or glitch; the resulting impact is a system crash.
