Local denial of service via IRQ-unsafe fence locking

Improper locking in the Linux kernel panthor driver allows local users to crash or hang the system through GPU job activity. The scheduler code acquires a shared dma_fence lock without preserving interrupt state, allowing hard-interrupt access from another driver to race or deadlock the same lock. Exploitation requires local low-privileged access and a system using the panthor GPU driver; the documented consequence is limited to system availability.
