Kernel memory corruption via SCTP timer race

Use-after-free in Linux kernel SCTP allows local users to corrupt kernel memory through a race during address-work-queue teardown. The sctp_free_addr_wq function deletes addr_wq_timer without waiting for an in-flight sctp_addr_wq_timeout_handler, which can acquire the lock and access addr_waitq after it is freed. Low-privileged local access is required; successful exploitation can corrupt kernel state or crash the system.
