PF denial of service via invalid relay messages

Improper input validation in the xe PF relay handler in affected Linux kernels starting at 6.11 allows local users to interrupt PF operation. The handler passes FAST_REQUEST and EVENT relay types into PF request processing even though the VFPF ABI defines only regular REQUEST messages. A local user with access to a virtual function can violate the relay protocol and trigger a PF-side assert, interrupting the associated host graphics service.
