SMB I/O interruption via unreleased CIFS credits

Denial of service in the Linux kernel CIFS client allows local users to interrupt SMB file access by triggering failed reads. On an error path, cifs_issue_read() retries a subrequest without returning its previously acquired server credits, then overwrites the stored credit count. A local user able to trigger repeated CIFS read failures can exhaust client credits and stall further SMB I/O; no data disclosure or modification is reported.
