Incorrect traffic matching via truncated byte rates

Integer truncation in Linux kernel netfilter xt_rateest allows attackers to obtain incorrect rate comparisons via high-rate traffic. In xt_rateest_mt(), 64-bit byte-rate values are stored in 32-bit local operands, discarding high bits above 2^32-1 bytes per second. The faulty path requires an xt_rateest match on a link carrying more than about 34 Gbps; incorrect matches can misclassify traffic and disrupt policy enforcement.
