Kernel crash via unchecked LAG sequence lookup

NULL pointer dereference in the Linux net/mlx5e traffic-control driver in 7.1.0 through 7.1.4 allows local users to crash the kernel. During LAG teardown, mlx5e_tc_del_fdb_peers_flow and mlx5e_tc_clean_fdb_peer_flows use a negative result from mlx5_lag_get_dev_seq as a peer-flow array index instead of rejecting it. The failure requires mlx5 peer flows and a peer outside the LAG or no device marked as master; the bounded consequence is a kernel crash.
