Local accelerator hang via PM resume deadlock

Deadlock in the Linux kernel AMDXDNA driver in 6.19 allows local users to hang accelerator operations during device resume. amdxdna_hwctx_sync_debug_bo() holds xdna->dev_lock while invoking a callback that can synchronously resume the device and reacquire the same lock. The path requires a suspended AMDXDNA device and a debug-buffer synchronization that reaches command submission; affected accelerator work can remain blocked.
