Local host crash via unsupported BRS enable

Denial of service in the Linux kernel allows local users to crash affected AMD hosts by toggling SVM while LBR events are active. During HostOnly filter reprogramming, amd_pmu_enable_all() calls amd_brs_enable_all() and writes the deprecated BRS bit in DebugExtnCfg on processors that have LBR but lack BRS. The condition requires an AMD PerfMonV2 processor, active LBR users, and an SVM state change; the resulting general-protection fault interrupts host availability.
