Authenticated database extraction via unsanitized complaint reply
Published Apr 28, 2026 · Updated Apr 28, 2026
SQL injection in Code Projects Coaching Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to extract application data. The admin reply handler in /cims/modules/admin/reply.php uses the complaintreply POST value in an SQL query without proper sanitization, so crafted SQL changes the query. An administrator account and access to a complaint reply are required; the public proof of concept demonstrates error- and boolean-based injection and a full database dump.
