Service interruption via SEV-SNP cache-flush race

Race condition in Linux 7.1 SEV-SNP initialization allows local users to interrupt service through stale dirty RMP cache lines. The x86 SEV setup path flushes caches after enabling SNP, allowing interprocessor WBINVD calls to race with dirty cache-line movement and leave RMP memory unflushed. The condition requires an x86 AMD SEV-SNP host during RMP initialization; published evidence establishes availability impact without naming a crash or hang.
