Kernel-memory disclosure via speculative perf array indexing

Speculative out-of-bounds read in the Linux kernel's s390 perf code allows local users to disclose kernel memory through perf events. In __hw_perf_event_init(), event->attr.config is bounds-checked but then indexes an event array without array_index_nospec(), permitting speculative access beyond the checked index. Reachability requires local low-privileged access on an s390 system and an allowed perf-event path; the bounded consequence is kernel-memory disclosure.
