Local service interruption via leaked fragment packets

Memory leakage in Linux batman-adv fragmentation allows local users to make a host unresponsive by submitting unfragmentable packets. batadv_frag_send_packet returns after empty-payload or zero-fragment-size checks without freeing the skb, although its caller assumes consumption. Exploitation requires low-privileged local access and active batman-adv fragmentation; repeated failures consume kernel memory until service stops.
