Service interruption via leaked fuel-gauge references

Reference-count leakage in the Linux kernel charger-manager allows local users to interrupt service through fuel-gauge polling. The is_full_charged() path returns after a successful full-battery voltage comparison without calling power_supply_put() on the reference acquired by power_supply_get_by_name(). Repeated access requires local low-privileged reachability of charger-manager polling and can exhaust resources, destabilizing or crashing the system.
