System crash via oversized FPGA parameter copy

Out-of-bounds memory access in Linux 6.3 and later allows attackers with a malicious FPGA device to crash the system. dfh_get_param_size() increments the DFHv1 parameter size after its loop-bound check and returns an oversized value when EOP is set, causing create_feature_instance() to copy beyond the mapped feature region. Exploitation requires the affected DFL driver and crafted headers from an attached FPGA; the reported consequence is limited to a system crash.
