Stale interrupt routing via zeroed IRQ index

Resource-release failure in the Linux kernel irqchip crossbar allows local users to leave a source interrupt routed after domain teardown. crossbar_domain_free() clears irq_data->hwirq, then wrongly reuses that zeroed value instead of the parent GIC SPI index for irq_map[] and the crossbar register. Reachability requires local access and affected crossbar hardware; the CNA documents persistent interrupt routing but no further security consequence.
