SST-PP configuration loss via wrong domain base

Improper state restoration in the Linux kernel ISST driver allows local users to disrupt power management after system resume. The resume path reads each domain's saved SST-PP control value but writes every restoration through power_domain_info->sst_base, which addresses only power domain 0. Exploitation requires an x86 system with Intel SST-PP, multiple power domains, and a suspend-resume cycle; nonzero domains can retain incorrect power-profile settings.
