Local code execution via ISO-TP socket race

Use-after-free in Linux kernel ISO-TP allows local users to execute arbitrary code or crash the system during CAN device removal. isotp_release() re-resolves a bound net_device after ifindex unlisting, skips can_rx_unregister(), and frees a socket still referenced by a CAN filter. Exploitation requires local low-privileged access and a race with concurrent NETDEV_UNREGISTER on a bound ISO-TP socket.
