System crash via CAN BCM timer use-after-free

Use-after-free in the Linux CAN BCM receive path allows local users to crash the system by racing RX operation teardown. bcm_rx_handler can rearm thrtimer through bcm_rx_update_and_send after call_rcu schedules bcm_op for freeing, so the timer dereferences released memory. Exploitation requires local low-privileged access to create and tear down BCM CAN receive operations; the bounded reported consequence is a kernel panic and service interruption.
