Arbitrary file access via unchecked path joins

Path traversal in Edvard Lindelöf notes-mcp 0.1.0 through 0.1.4 allows remote attackers to access files outside the notes root. In notes_mcp.py, the read, write, mkdir, rm, and rmdir tools join caller-controlled path values to root_dir without resolving the result or verifying containment. Any caller able to invoke those MCP tools can read, create, overwrite, or delete files permitted to the service account.
