Local kernel data compromise via CAN update race

Race condition in Linux kernel CAN BCM allows local users to expose or alter kernel data and interrupt service through crafted TX_SETUP updates. bcm_tx_setup updates frame and timer fields without consistently holding bcm_tx_lock, letting transmission and timeout paths consume partial frames or torn ktime_t values. Access to a CAN BCM socket and concurrent TX_SETUP activity is required, with the vulnerable behavior confined to the affected kernel branches.
