Kernel memory corruption via unchecked RTR frame length

Improper frame-length validation in the Linux kernel CAN BCM subsystem allows local users to corrupt kernel memory via malformed RTR replies. bcm_rx_setup() stores an attacker-controlled cf->len for an RX_SETUP RX_RTR_FRAME reply without checking the CAN or CAN FD payload limit before later transmit paths trust it. Exploitation requires a low-privilege local user with CAN-interface access; successful use can read or write kernel memory, inject CAN traffic, or crash the host.
