Kernel use-after-free via stale CAN filter

Use-after-free in the Linux kernel CAN BCM component allows local users to leave a stale filter pointing at freed kernel state. bcm_release(), bcm_delete_rx_op(), and bcm_notifier() re-find an rx_op device by ifindex; if NETDEV_UNREGISTER removes that index first, can_rx_unregister() is skipped. Triggering requires local low-privilege access and winning the device-unregistration race, after which CAN processing can dereference freed operation or socket state.
