Service interruption via GPIO trigger-state race

Race condition in the Linux MT7621 GPIO driver allows local users to interrupt service through concurrent IRQ-type updates. The mediatek_gpio_irq_type() callback updates bank-shared rising and falling bitmaps with unlocked read-modify-write operations, so simultaneous updates for different pins overwrite one another. Exploitation requires local low-privileged access on a system using the MT7621 GPIO controller; the bounded consequence is incorrect interrupt handling and system instability.
