Arbitrary JSON file write via path traversal

Path traversal in dubydu sqlite-mcp 0.1.0 allows remote attackers to write database contents to arbitrary JSON files. The extract_to_json MCP tool appends .json to caller-controlled output_filename and passes the unconfined path directly to open() instead of anchoring it to the database directory. Exploitation requires permission to invoke the tool and filesystem write access for the service account; it exposes table data and can overwrite writable JSON files.
