Service interruption via duplicate HDLC netdev allocation

Resource leak in the Linux ixp4xx_hss network driver allows local users to interrupt service by exhausting memory during device probing. ixp4xx_hss_probe() allocates two HDLC network devices, registers the first, but stores the second for later unregistration and freeing, leaving the registered allocation unreleased. Exploitation requires low-privileged local access and an Intel IXP4xx HSS device that reaches the affected probe path; the consequence is bounded to availability loss.
