Availability loss via unreleased BPID bitmap

Memory leakage in the octeontx2-af driver in Linux 6.9 allows attackers to reduce availability through BPID setup failures. During nix_setup_bpids(), a devm_kcalloc() failure returns without releasing the BPID bitmap previously allocated by rvu_alloc_bitmap(). Reachability requires the OcteonTX2 AF driver to enter BPID mapping setup and encounter an allocation failure; each failed setup leaves kernel heap memory allocated.
