System panic via detached mount race

NULL pointer dereference in affected Linux kernel releases allows local users to panic the system through a detached mount race. capable_wrt_mount() assumes mount->mnt_ns remains non-NULL after may_decode_fh() checks it, but concurrent mount dissolution can clear the pointer before mnt_ns->user_ns is dereferenced. Exploitation requires local low-privileged access and winning the race between open_by_handle_at() and mount teardown; a successful trigger crashes the host.
