Local autobind denial of service via SAP leak

Reference-counting error in the Linux kernel LLC subsystem allows local users to exhaust dynamic SAP values through repeated autobinds. llc_ui_autobind() retains the caller-owned reference returned by llc_sap_open() after llc_sap_add_socket() takes a second reference, so socket closure leaves an unreferenced SAP on llc_sap_list. Repeated local autobind and close cycles eventually consume every dynamic SAP value and make later autobinds fail with EUSERS.
